Civil Litigation
We do take Civil Litigation cases at Anderson Legal. However, we would like to say we only accept “select” litigation cases. So, what does that mean? In this page, we discuss this topic in further detail.
What do we mean by "select," and
why do we limit our selection this way?
It means we do not typically take accident cases or cases similar to those. Not that we would not take a case like that under the right circumstances, but, we, rather, look for cases with more of a public interest side to them. We look to take on cases that are more about proffering a public good; ones that have a complaint against Jurisdictions and/or Corporations that have run afoul of their function and are preying on the public with their practices.
For instance, a jurisdiction that has passed a unique law or ordinance which is unduly oppressive and wrongfully affects many citizens and homeowners; or, that jurisdiction has abused the legal process by enforcing good and necessary laws in a predatory manner. We put a great deal of effort into these cases because we take so few.
If you have a case that fits the above description and wish to talk about it, please feel free to give us a call to schedule an appointment for consultation.
